Villa Des Indes Bali

Villa Des Indes Bungalows

Each of the three individual colonial style bungalows within the villa residence have wide verandas and magnificent views of the exquisitely hand carved Javanese Joglo, the social center of the estate and overlook the pool. All of the bungalows are fully air conditioned with oversized antique Balinese wooden beds, splendidly appointed baths, and outdoor showers.

Three of the bungalows have den-libraries attached to the bedrooms. The third bungalow has an upper open pavilion for sunset cocktails with adjacent butler’s pantry and guest toilet. The best of Seminyak is within walking distance of the villa, but many visitors find they will seldom leave this elegant ambience which transports all who enter to a gentler more civilized era.

Accommodation

The stunning 18m x 7 meter split level living / dining area has been designed for relaxation and entertainment and provides optimum enjoyment of the unsurpassed Rice paddy and unforgettable Sunset views. This area with its high Alang-Alang traditional ceilings, the cool terracotta floor tiles and natural cream walls is the very essence of tropical living. Overhead, gun-metal coated Ceiling fans and the gentle breeze blowing in from the rice paddy ensure everyone is kept cool. Ample seating is provided in the lounge area so everyone can relax in and listen to the excellent surround sound speakers discretely hidden in the ceiling.

The dinning area houses a solid wood Dining table that comfortably seats 8 with adjoining bar to enjoy that pre dinner cocktail. The villa has been designed with traditional Balinese building materials with high vaulted Alang-Alang Ceilings, "BenKiri" Wooden floors and Balconies, Teraso Open air bathroom and walls adorned with colorful local Balinese artwork creates a refreshing Tropical environment but offers the discerning traveler 5 Star accommodation and service.

The villa accommodation also has a fully functional office located off the Master bedroom which offers broadband email connection should you need to catch up with emails whilst the rest of your party and family can relax and enjoy the villa accommodation.


The Bedroom Suites Accommodation
The villa accommodation has a large Master bedroom suite with 5 x 5 M Master bedroom with adjoining office, large Master Bathroom and Private Garden with its own relaxation Bale looking out to the idyllic rice field view.

Both the Master and Guest Bathroom have fabulous rice field views with large Glass and louvered sliding doors opening out to large balconies that allow guests to enjoy an early morning coffee watching the local villagers tend the rice fields or enjoy a quiet evening drink watching the fabulous red sunset over the west Coast. High Alang Alang ceilings and the cool and clean feel of the Traditional BenKiri floors have been used throughout the Master and Guest Bedrooms.

All Bedrooms have individual deluxe split air conditioning units. These two rooms have oversized king size Four poster beds and ample wardrobes and drawers for storage... The Bedroom interior has been very tastefully furnished with a balance of teak and modern rattan furniture and artifacts.

he quaint junior bedroom, located at the rear of the bedroom wing, features two built in single beds on cream terrazzo bases and opens out to a small private rear Garden with Frangipani tree. The junior bedroom features high Alang Alang ceilings and individual Mosquitoes nets over both single beds.

The Bathrooms have the tropical feel of cream terrazzo vanity with lime washed doors and cabinets with a very effective Benkiri wooden floor with Palimanan surround in the Master Bathroom and terracotta floor tiles in the guest and Junior Bathrooms. Two of the Bathroom features large Cream Terrazzo Bathtubs. The bathrooms also feature the highest quality European fittings & fixtures. Piping Hot water is piped to all the bathrooms with a pressure pump ensuring that you receive a high pressure hot or cold shower to start of your tropical day. All the Bathrooms have the charm of being indoor and outdoor in design and have feature Palimanan carvings and Cream Terazzo vanities. The Master Bathroom with its double vanity, King Size Bath and opens over white palimanan steps out to a Private Garden with its own Bale for Relaxing.

Villa Asmara Canggu Bali

4 bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 people and allows its guests to relax and unwind in a tropical Balinese hideaway.

A newly completed luxury accommodation perfectly positioned in the village of Cemagi. Pass through a small scenic road just past the Balinese village of Mengening where you will discover the oceans edge with picturesque views of a Balinese water temple. accommodation Asmara is a 45 minute drive from Bali’s International airport and 30 minutes from the vast array of restaurants, shopping and nightlife of Seminyak. Conveniently occupying 2,500 m2 of land plus 500 m2 private beach, Villa Sankara has been designed for the comfort with an architecture combining Balinese and colonial style. The thatched roof, the traditional gates, the stones materials deeply express the Balinese side as well as the wood column, the large balcony with their fans, some decoration and furniture remind the beauty of the large colonial accommodation. With four different bedrooms exceptionally arranged in three different buildings, with the living area combining different open space living, dining, library and a close media room, with the magnificent swimming pool and the two Jacuzzis well positioned in the tropical garden, everything is done at Sankara to enjoy the paradise nearby the Indian.

The accommodation
Entering the accommodation, the staff quarter is set on the corner of a large covered parking separated from the accommodation area. Stepping ahead, a traditional Balinese gate and "Palimanan" stair leads down to the accommodation to reach a first opened sitting area. From here the visitor can appreciate the perspective of the accommodation with the infinity pool ending in the Indian Ocean.

Separated by an isle with a water fountain, each of the first two buildings is featuring one bedroom nicely set in cottage style each with private entrance. On the right side, the Jacuzzi Suite is featuring a private garden with a wall fountain and outdoor shower, the bedroom with en suite bathroom including bath tap, toilet and two basins, a walking dressing and a private Jacuzzi accessible directly from the bedroom. On the left side the Studio suite is featuring different gardens, one with out door shower, a very large bathroom including bath tap, toilet and two basins , two walk in dressing and a studio room with private entrance and direct access to the bathroom which could be change into an extra bedroom. The main two storey building overlooking the over flow swimming pool, the tropical garden and the Indian Ocean is featuring on the ground floor an open air living area divided into living, dining, pool sitting, a close media room set on the backside offering large flat TV screen completed with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen.

The upper level features two other bedrooms facing the sea separated by an open space library. Each bedrooms suite features a large balcony, a dressing and a bathroom with showers, bath tub, toilet and two basins.

In the lower garden close to the sea, a rounded shape large Jacuzzi is discreetly set with a wooden deck to relax facing the Indian Ocean.

Internet access
Each part of the accommodation are carefully designed and completed with fine selection of furniture and traditional artworks.
